Wedding coordinating package ​ This package includes: ​ 2 Wedding Coordinators Coordinator attendance at rehearsal Assist with vendor recommendations as requested by the client* Create and design ceremony and reception layout in Allseated or Social tables as requested by the client* M&G will serve as the primary contact for all vendors and the venue Review signed contracts for logistics Management of vendors and assistance with wedding day setup and breakdown Create and manage event timeline Distribute timeline to all applicable vendors and coordinate arrival times In person planning session Unlimited phone calls and emails Final venue walk through Complimentary use of emergency kit on wedding day Complimentary use of all on hand wedding décor such as vases, votives, signs, chargers, battery operated candles, card boxes, cake stands, galvanized tubs, flower girl wagon, easels. *These services are available by request only from the client for no additional charge
